By accessing or using MediaFuse ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.

You must be at least 18 years old to use this Service. By using MediaFuse, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years of age.

2. Description of Service

MediaFuse is a streaming platform management service that allows users to manage, broadcast, and distribute streaming content across multiple platforms from a single interface.

3. Account Registration

To use the Service, you must create an account. You may register using your email address or through third-party authentication providers (such as Twitch, YouTube, or other streaming platforms). You are responsible for:

  • Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
  • All activities that occur under your account
  • Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

4. Subscription and Payment

MediaFuse is a paid subscription service. By subscribing, you agree to pay the fees associated with your selected plan. Subscription fees are billed in advance on a recurring basis.

Refund Policy: All sales are final. Refunds are only provided where required by applicable law.

5. User Content

You retain ownership of all content you upload, stream, or otherwise transmit through the Service ("User Content"). By using the Service, you grant MediaFuse a limited, non-exclusive license to process, store, and transmit your User Content solely for the purpose of providing the Service.

You are solely responsible for your User Content and represent that:

  • You own or have the necessary rights to use and authorize the use of your User Content
  • Your User Content does not infringe any third-party intellectual property rights
  • Your User Content complies with all applicable laws and regulations

6. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any illegal purpose or in violation of any laws
  • Upload or transmit content that is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, or otherwise objectionable
  • Infringe upon the intellectual property rights of others
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its systems
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers
  • Use the Service to distribute malware or other harmful code
  • Resell or redistribute the Service without authorization

7. Third-Party Services

The Service may integrate with third-party platforms (such as Twitch, YouTube, Kick, and others). Your use of these integrations is subject to the respective third party's terms of service. MediaFuse is not responsible for the availability, content, or practices of third-party services.

8. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its original content, features, and functionality, is owned by MediaFuse and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on the Service without our express written permission.

9. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe:

  • Violates these Terms of Use
  • Is harmful to other users, third parties, or the Service
  • Is fraudulent or illegal

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE.

11. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, MEDIAFUSE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

13. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes by posting the updated Terms on the Service. Your continued use of the Service after such changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
